How do I restore a canceled reservation for a guest? #
To reinstate a canceled reservation, you must contact the guest to have a new reservation made. It is not possible to reactivate a reservation once it has been canceled by both the provider and the guest.
Send your guest a message to book again #
- Log in to your account.
- Go to 'Reservations' and then the relevant reservation that has been canceled.
- Click on the “Chat” icon to send a message to the guest.
- You can ask the guest to make a new reservation.
