When a guest has placed a reservation for your item, you will receive a notification by email. To approve or cancel this reservation you must complete the following steps:
- Log in to your account via the app or website.
- Go to 'Reservations' via your dashboard or menu.
- Place your mouse over your name and then click on 'Reservations'.
- Here you will find an overview of the reservation(s) you have received from guests. These are listed as “Pending”.
- If you want to approve the request, click on the 'Approve' button. Do you want to cancel the reservation? Then click on the “eye” and then on 'Cancel'.
The guest receives a notification of both approval and rejection. If you want to send a message to the guest, you can click on the message icon to start a conversation.
