File a complaint #
Are you not satisfied with the service? In this case you can file a complaint. Complaints are always taken seriously and investigated.
You can do this in two ways:
Customer service #
The first way is via the customer service.
You can contact Fun Places via the contact form, select 'complaints' as the department. Enter all your information here and attach all necessary files and/or photo’s. Once you have completed this form, you will receive a response by email within one working day.
By mail #
The second way is to send your complaint by email. You can do this at the following email address: complaint@funplaces.nu. Describe your complaint as best as possible and attach all necessary files.
