Are you curious about the status of a reservation? Reservations go through different statuses. You can always find this in your account on the website or via the app.
Pending: a guest has placed a reservation on your item. You have 24 hours to approve the reservation via your account and then 'Reservations'.
Pending payment: After your approval of the reservation, the guest has 24 hours to pay. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email about this and the status will change to “Active”.
Active: the guest has paid for the reservation. All actions are now ready and the activity or stay will start on the relevant reservation date.
Cancelled: You will see this status with the reservation if the guest or you as the provider cancels the reservation. Once a reservation has been cancelled, you cannot reactivate it.
