Where do I get my reservation confirmation? #
After you have placed a reservation request for an item, you will receive a confirmation by email. This will be sent to the email address specified in your account. If you want to change this email address, you can do this in your dashboard, under “Edit account”.

Once the reservation has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email you will find the payment link for the corresponding down payment for the reservation.

Once you have made the deposit, the reservation is final and you will receive an email with all the necessary information about the provider and the reserved item.
Can I see the reservation in my account? #
You can always find all information regarding your reservation in your account, under “Reservations”.

I have not received my reservation confirmation, what now? #
Always check your spam box. It is possible that the confirmation email accidentally ended up in your Spam box. If the confirmation email is not here either, please contact us customer service or start a Live Chat.

Can you resend the reservation confirmation? #
