How do I communicate with a provider? #
It is always useful to communicate with the provider about check-in, location and a possible pick-up service at the airport.
When you click on the item you are interested in, you can scroll down and you will see the provider's profile at the bottom right and there is a 'Send message' button. Click on this and type your message. You can then send the message by clicking on the 'Send' icon and the provider will be notified. This makes it possible to communicate with each other before your reservation to coordinate everything.
